The Problems With Open List Voting
Open list PR is one of the three best systems, but it's probably the best system for implementation in the US context. It requires a lot of voter education and a lot of administrator education to make it work properly. If you've got 26 seats, you could make five seat districts one plus one one of them would be six seats and you could implement this, you know, immediately. But that's another conversation.
