I think that once I had a better sense of what body language patterns were common, it was easier to start associating them with different meanings. And then over time, you have to kind of convert that system to reflective understanding into kind of an intuitive one where you can use it in real time without thinking about it. It's really interesting how people like yourself who, you know, didn't naturally develop the ability to read body language, they have to start with like an intellectual understanding,. Like many people, probably most people, just pick it up and they never really think about it.
