How an RNA Binding Protein Can Reprogram Astrocytes Into Neurons
An RNA binding protein was able to reprogram astrocytes into neurons. This PDB is interesting because it has been well known to regulate RNA's pricing and production of different mRNA isoforms. When he tried to kill the PDB in the stable cell lines, the cell don't grow anymore. But when we asked other people to take a look, they said the cell looked like a neuron. And indeed, we first test multiple cell type and every single one become a neurons when you get rid of PDB.
