i think pretty much every country on earth is already effectively involved with itnd. What remaining holdouts there are of pre industrial culture ar probably wiped off. But i wonder if it actually has the power to transform in the way it did. And if it doesn't, then we're going to see what we've seen a lot of places like brazil and mexico - they have never managed to impose and socialize their population into the professional industrial mode. It's easy to dress up very different political realities in this a responsible administrative dress. I mean, sometimes functionally, right? Like i deftinitely think that, ah, japan is an interesting example of this. Am so anyway
