Housing and shelter accounts for about 30 % of the overall sp data, because shelter is really expensive. If you want to get an idea of what home owners could be renting their properties out for, wouldn't you just take an average of real rent increases around that area? So it's kind of a strange example of how it's ar how it's been impacted in that way.
