The Color of the Saws in the Painting

In the mid to late 1920s he was working on color series and that's when color becomes such a prominent feature of his art. He envisioned it as a trypto so there was supposed to be three canvases he managed to complete two of them before he very sadly passed away from tuberculosis in 1930. We have many of his preparatory sketches for this final canvas as well.
