Do Multi Joint Exercises Workouts Really Work?

It's more efficient to use multi joint exercises compared to single joint because you're working more muscle. A row is going to work multiple muscles. Or even it will work u ternal pecks. I'd personally think also using a total body routine, it would be more effective in these types of lower volume a work. That's just because it allows you to hitch your muscle more frequently over the course of the week with lower volume. E from some of the limited research we have, is that the benefit to split routines ar that they allow you to e utilize higher volumes with a greater allowing for greater rest in between workouts.
