We're geographically geographically diversified in 14 markets throughout the Sun Belt of the United States at our peak where you're approximately 15,000 units and the GAV and gross house of value. And then we intentionally tapered down over the past few years, given the wildness in the market and now stand at approximately 6,500 units, which is a great size. So we execute on kind of a best ideas platform that's exclusively focused on workforce and affordable housing with over 100 team members were 100% diverse owned and controlled.
