Is There a Stage Four in the Kardashev Scale?

Kardashev extrapolated on the idea that aliens might be able to build solar panels around every star in your galaxy. He ended his extrapolation at stage three imagining only use of the entire galaxy but that was 1960 and it's been a popular topic for people to think about. Stage four says what if you could use all the energy in the universe? Let's keep basically speculating.
