How to Cure Chronic Stress
Stress will make you breathe more, shallowa, usually faster. So alo giving your body opportunities to have deeper breaths, slower breath can counteract the impact of chronic stress. Habits are hard but there's some key habits that are worth really investing and putting energy in. A regular time to bed, or at least some effort do not stray so much from day to day. Regular meals, hydration, those things can really support a, a brain function as well cain support cognitive abilities.
