Yong: I think it's not our domain knowledge that really makes us powerfu in product. It's the understanding of processes, about how do we take an idea and grow that into something that actualy creates value. How do we find that fit between what we're doing, what customers actually want, and generate revenue from it? That applies across domains. And i think sometimes people get caught up in, well, you know, i'm kind of tired of where i am now. But building that muscle of asking curious, open questions to get in sigtful, qualitative data back is a good place to start.
