The spiders are all talking about whether or not the dwarfs are dead, if they should kill them and eat them. Bilbo is like, ok, i have to act fast, cause otherwise bomberis going to be eaten again. Poor bomber. He's having a rough time. Biters are fat shaming him too, cause theye like, all this one's like, big and juicy.
