The Cost of Avoiding Conflict

There's so much data to support avoiding conflict does lead to an increased cost somewhere else in your business. And I came across this quote from Patrick Lynchione that says failing to engage in conflict is a terrible decision when that puts our temporary comfort and the avoidance of discomfort ahead of the ultimate goal of our organization. Conflict is always the right thing to do when it matters.
