Taking Better Care of Yourself Can Make You More Productive
The pandemic kind of changed all that. A suddenly i wasn't leaving the house as much, and was just super stressed out about a lot of things. And so when i've tried, i actually shifted the entire way i relate to working out. I don't have any fitness goals at all right now, other than, like, basic human maintenance. When i take better care of myself, i actually get more done.
