Growth is not just necessariy in terms of money. I think ocinies have can grow in many different ways. Organization your trying to create equal pay, equal opportunity. You can grow in openness and inclusiveness. The way you impact you live on the planet. We actually are eating our own dog fruit. So there's many facets to growth. Is what i'm eri the fastest grop most of, most of the time people just assume more customers, more money, you know, more profit? Is that variable? Cant they define or do you help them to find the elements of growth that they're, they're ging to go after?"
