It takes a little bit of work to coach somebody to understand what you're going for, but the suffering is disproportionately in the last 90 seconds. i used to watch michael phelps's train before he kind of broke out. You know, his stroke count the second, third and fourth lap didn't change, because he had that rhythm, that tempo.
