The Long Vacation Thing

Travelling gives you more ideas, because you're seeing all sorts of different things and unique experiences that other people aren't. People in san francisco might be all reading the same books and blogs or having the same conversations about the same cultural events. But when you are travelling and visiting these, like, you know, far away places in bally or south africa, and you're interacting with all these different peoples and cultures, suddenly you have a lot more material to work with  in terms of being creative.
