The Importance of Physical Learning in Older Adults

There's not like the shared suffering that that happens in either crossfit obviously not the same way so and also the celebration of like achievement is huge with both crossfit and jujitsu. As an older person we don't how often do you learn new I mean people learn new things in in middle age and beyond clearly but like new physical things like cartwheels and handstands aren't as common as they were as a kid. We're still on point yeah and maybe um I will do some articles about what a good gym looks like.
