Using Custom Eyes to Deploy Software
The i s v, the softr vender, creates it as a helm chart, but the end customer never runs helm. So we document and show them how they can use custom eyes to pull all the manifests down, add their own layer of patches in, and then apply them back up to the cluster. And keeping those as separate patches means that, as you continue, like to check for up dates in new versions of the upstream ap, ship your patches. Cause if the way custom ese works, your patches will still apply, and you won't lose them between versions or have to rewrite them all ye ye.
