The Arizona Coyotes' $2.1 Billion Arena and Entertainment Project
There were elements of an entertainment complex in Tempe, which would have been great. Would have brought jobs there, construction as well as new jobs. There was some housing, but from what I read, not enough affordable housing in the area. And that was probably a boat that sort of slipped away from what should have happened over there. Okay. Does that mean that voters are looking past this idea that they would subsidize the construction, the development of the actual project and now look to lifestyle issues and the impact that would have on day to day life? So I think, again, that's a great question. It doesn't talk about the entire equation.
