What Is Due Diligence?
The majority arrived two to three hours before pickoff. They went through housing estate, a narrow underground tunnel and then they were trapped because only five external ticket docks were opened. There was no stewarding, although the police were around and observing ther walk to the staten. The emphasis always, especially after hillsbo, has to be on crowd safety. How could it have happened that so many founds came in on one access? It's not evident whether any of those preparatory conditions were put in place. And that is of real concern.
