The Cost of Refurbishment
You never want to go over budget, but it was interesting we were looking at the finance accountability office. A $1 billion over on the capital cost of the refurbishment would have added about a third of a cent to that LCOE. So in 2015, when we set the RQE, the budget, the result was a levelized cost of energy at less than $0.08 per kilowatt hour.
