David Frum: I've heard Mike on an interview talk about profit first. So, so he's like Jesus and you're like the pope. He's the crazy inventor. I'm just a business owner. The flip side of Parkinson's is where the beauty is. When resources are sparse, when they're limited, we're going to be more creative. We're going to try to get more out of less. That's what profit first is.
