It's a genuinely non linear experience. There are these story inflection points, and i guess those are the shard bearof fights. The designers have made the exploration feel so good and so satisfying. You just want to go to a new area and then to see every little thing you can. I it almost feels like this game is just t meant for anyone who plays it the first time around.
