Media and Technology Have a Dramatic Impact on Our Perceptions

McLuan: Media and technology are always extensions of ourselves out there into the physical world. He says they have a drastic impact on not only what we think of as being a human being, but also on our very perceptions. To illustrate how much of an impact the media and technology of or time have on our perceptions, to show how we don't just make the technology, that technology equally makes us.
