I think the biggest thing for me is questions around what can I do to support you? What am I not seeing? What would you like me to dig more into? And every one on one was finding out what takeaways I need to like, what's the big highlight from this particular one on one that you'd either like me to bubble up feedback or just like to sit with me as the big thing from this conversation. But especially when it's a project I don't have visibility on. I dig a lot more into those during one on ones to make sure I've got full picture of what I need to know.
