There are role agreements in our organizations that define the purpose and responsibilities of roles. So when you have a role, I'm like, what decision rights does that role have? And if we don't have clarity about how to use it, then we're not going to do some work. The management level people right now might be thinking out two ways of executing this idea. Well there are three ways of executing it: One is doing things on your own; one is working with someone else who's already done something similar or has an example for us so we can learn from their experience. It could also be just being more open-minded by giving each other ideas but making sure they follow through
