i would just say, arderflow, you have to understand which direction the market is going along. Sir rit when i was, you know, hen i was struggling, a lot of interday price moves were throwing me off. Like, i would see a huge rally, and the next day'd be down. So you have to focus on the markets only goig in one direction, right? They're, they're only generating interests in the other direction, because they want more people to buy into it before they slam it. So when you're looking at a chart, you have to understand what's going on in the world, first of all. Iht, we know there's all these economic pressures going on between russia, ukraine, china. There's so many things going on, and you have to stay in tune with all that, and then build a technical picture ind that. Riht, it was almost like my career. Ik, understood, like, i understood how o, how to read drawings and put together budget, but you have to understand the mackerel aspect of it as well. I had to understand material prices. There's all these different skill sets and and things that you have to stand. You know, you have to stand, of when lumber was shooting through the roof. I had to use that knowledge to negotiate with my sub contractors, right? So you have to understand what's going on around in the world and why the chart is going in that certain direction. Because this year is literally, you know, 80 % of my trades av ben sore bureau, and i haven't deviated from them.
