How Many Nuclear Weapons Are on the Way?

China, India, france, germany, australia and japan are also developing hypersonic weapons. It would be naive for us to assume that none of those would be nuclear capable. We can make a kind of good guess about how many nuclear weapons are out there. But now it looks like at least some countries are going to actively create more noks.
