What's going to make you perform your best is having maybe a more clear delineation between work time and home time. And this is huge right now for so many people because the pandemic basically changed all the rules, Changed all the rules for us knowledge workers. So what needs safeguarding is your home and family time. Yeah. Like Bonnie would tell you, my wife, like I do not multitie. But yeah, when things come up that interrupt that super hard for me. Don't handle it well.
