The average income in a new neighbourhood is about ten thousand dollars. But when you're trying to fudge your taxes, youre going to pick a different average. In this case, the mean and the median could two very different numbers. Some darta is skewed, like say, income. Your going to have most peoplea clumped around 50 to 100k per year. Then you got the big sos that are on six million a year. And thenyou got the big ongepreners who un on a hundredm a year. So this darta is very skewed. It's either lying back then, or youre lying now.
