Aut: "I cleaned up the mess and i helped them to make clear what the observation was" For folks who don't have the benefit of having you there to give feedback on their observations, what are some specific tips on how we can debrief ourselves? Well, we can make the observations clearer by asking ourselves, is there any way that a person would hear this as a criticism or an insult? Because any time we use words that are heard by other people as a criticism blame, if we saw how much we pay for that, we would never use such language. And yes, i liked how it ended.
