Every position has a level of variable compensation. You can say you wanted to be ten %, or you can be 20%. Or caun be 50 percent. It depends on the roll. And so here's the cool thing. What he does is that he says, this is the variable comp and you get to set the goal every month,. Such a 30 day roll in goal. So if they're targeting, let's say, 50 thousand dollars a year, then that would meen 75 hundred dollars could be potential to be variable. That would be 600 bucks a month ish, right? Of their compensation.
