Dr. Haddock, what are some of your approaches to try and limit short and longer-term unplanned operations and revisions in patients you perform either tissue-expandure-based reconstruction or implant based reconstruction? Yeah. The first question when you walk in the room is the mastectomy for quality. And that can be challenging, especially if medicine is used with epinephrine and whatnot. Spy doesn't work. You have to kind of guess to some degree in those situations.
