The Elite and the Capitalist Worldview

The future belongs to those who show up. Businesses belong to those who build them like that's it. It is a very capitalist view of the world that makes us elitist in an evil way, I guess. We're not denying that some people don't achieve these things due to stuff completely outside of their control. But we're also of the belief that some of it is within your control.
