The Worst Calls of All Time

I like callers who know what they want to say and say it and then bugger off. The worst calls are the ones that don't start so you have to cajole them into saying something. I quite like the ones that are up for a bit of an argument but in a good way. One woman told me she was raped at a family wedding by a family member. That kind of illustrates the special relationship that you that presenter can have with the listener because she trusted me. It's an intimate thing.
