The border stalker is an agent of trying to bring understanding and build bridges. Mako's idea really is just what she gets from book Beowulf. She wants to reduce the amount of demonization between groups that don't have a lot of interaction. And I think my background kind of makes sense me apart a little bit too in the media circles.
