How Do You Get Mom and Dad's Attention When You Have a Newborn?

The way a kid views this first sibling coming home is almost like if you were to come home and your wife is there with another man. So what are they going to do? They're either going to act out to get mom and dad's attention or they're going to go and tag and eyes this little sibling that just came along. My advice to this is one on one time is gold to our kids. We can always recall the times that dad carved out time just for us. What about you guys? What have you seen?
