The Lift and Shift of Transitioning to a Cloud Based Model

Daniel: Before we wrap up in today's episode, I really want to point to what Jeff was talking about when he was talking about getting stuck in transitioning your tech infrastructure to a cloud based model. Most fortunately, it was towards the end of the episode. So you don't have to really rewind too far to listen to it. But also in congruence with a recent interview that we had with Mike Murchison of Ada. He's the CEO for that customer experience and conversational AI platform based in Toronto. The conversation we had with him is that usually there's a permanent team that evolves from an AI adoption team focused on customer experience.
