The Importance of Serverless Permissions

IAM policies and resource policies have been around for a long time, but they're also going to be new to a lot of developers. The most typical way that you're going to control access to those is your IAM policies coming out from compute resources or from resources that use IAM roles. So if I have an IAM role on Lambda, the IAM policy is saying these are the things that I can access. Here's the actions I can use upon them. And a resource policy is on that target resource basically saying here are the actions I will allow to be done to me"
