How to Create a Job Description
Experts in any field will do an audit and say, hey, these are the areas you need immediate help with. And because they're not going for the job themselves, their job is to find you somebody,. They're going to get you what you need and not anything less or anything more. So after they kind of have a discussion with you, they're going to find out what your needs. And then you can come together with your expert and agree on a job description. This is basically the job posting you're going to create together to put out there to attract the talent you need.
