Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. The holy spirit in the life of the believer seeks to convict them of their sin or a better translation would be saviour. No clever illustration is going to convince you that you're a sinner when i present god's word as an analogy. We need for christ to touch a person's heart and show them why we need him.
