Most people who became eunuchs did so voluntary de or at least their family volunteered them. They were private servants to the emperor and had quite a bad reputation tinika. Some of it is deserved, but they're not the only bad ones,. Ause there's also a bureaucrat called wang o. Soi they just create for themselves also that bad reputation.
