The Fed's Limits to the Sell-Off
The 10-year yield has not been able to sustainably trade above 4%. That's a signal that we are later in the cycle. The Fed does have limits to how far they can go, and that is reflecting in this historic yield-carbon version of what we currently see. And on top of that, we've had very little issuance in the high-yield market.
