If you don't want to go back to chasing down your food, wearing a loincloth, at least go for a walk to the store and lug home your bounty. Walk or ride your bike to work. Take a walk at lunch. Go on walking meetings. Do your phone calls while walking around the parking lot. Back just get up from your desk at regular intervals to get water or to stretch.
