Is There a Record of Haley Shooting?

Before settling into his recliner in the basement, byron smith had set up a digital recorder. There were at least six hours of audio of the entire evning. No record of haley laughing, only her cries of fear. He said that he had done it because he was so scared some one was breaking his house. But it doesn't add up.
