The Miller Test and the Drag Act

The bills across the country are not all written the same and they're a number of different pitfalls that would make them unconstitutional in a variety of ways. The two ways that I'm focused on you know at fire is when they take all drag performances even when they don't come anywhere close to the Miller, you know standard of obscenity or the harmful to minors. So just say just being gender non conforming and lip syncing. Yeah, no minor can see that. That would exclude people from minors from being present for a screening of Mrs Doubtfire.
