The History of the Grand Bond Organization
John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers were signed to Decca by Mike Vernon in 1963. The first act they recorded was crawling up a hill, which sold only 500 copies. Grand Bond organization grew out of Alexis Corners Blues Incorporated. We've talked about them before but this time we'll go into more detail.
