The Lord Provides for the Family

Gospel for Asia was having its first wilderness experience and the Oklahoma days were characterized by periods of painful waiting. During those days our needs continued to be met on a day-to-day basis and I never had to borrow money from missionary support funds. No one will follow Jesus very long without tribulation. It is His way of demonstrating His presence. Suffering and trials like persecution are a normal part of the Christian walk. We must learn to accept them joyfully if we are to grow through them.
