He is the Founder of CoachSource and the Alexcel Group, and previously spent 10 years managing executive coaching operations for Marshall Goldsmith. Brian's most recent book is Mastering Executive Coaching, which he co-edited. Brian is also the author of Executive Coaching for Results: The Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders.
